Wietske Van Osch

Principal Investigator

Wietske Van Osch is an associate professor of digital transformation at HEC Montreal, holding a second appointment at Michigan State University. Her published research has appeared in the Journal of MIS, Journal of IT, Information and Management, and at leading IS conferences (ICIS, ECIS). Dr. Van Osch has received funding from the National Science Foundation, including the prestigious CAREER grant.

Elisavet Averkiadi

Elisavet Averkiadi is a PhD student in Information and Media in the College of Communication Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University. Her current research interests include the use of machine-learning tools to study collaboration behaviors among teams in enterprise social media platforms, innovation and development in enterprise technologies, and exploring the persuasiveness of intelligent systems in enterprise settings.

Yuyang Liang

Yuyang Liang is a PhD in the Department of Media and Information at Michigan State University. His areas of interest include knowledge sharing and collaboration via online communities and social media, enterprise social media, and computational modeling of social systems. His work has appeared in top computer-supported cooperative work and information system conferences.

Leticia Cherchiglia

Leticia Cherchiglia is an instructor in the Department of Media and Information at Michigan State University and her teaching interests are related to the areas of Interaction Design, Project Management, Strategic Communication, and Digital/Social Media. Dr. Cherchiglia’s research interests are aligned with User Experience (UX) research/design and its positive influence in industry, academia, and society.
